The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Maison du Lac sits on the edge of a picturesque lake in the heart of Margaret River. Located on the edge of the forest just 400m from the centre of town. This brand new split level 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home complete with cosy wood fire is an amazing stay. The gated strata is quiet, secure and peaceful with direct access to rails to trails. The views over the water to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Dunmore Homestead Cottage

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The Owl House Margaret River/dog friendly/Acreage

The property is set on a peaceful 3 acres with kangaroos and bird life in abundance. Centrally located off Caves Road, only 5 minutes to Leeuwin Estate, Xanadu, Voyager Estate, Prevelly and the Margaret River Town Centre. The home is comfortable and well equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living area of 110 m2 and a huge 80 m2 covered deck with a fire pit. Plenty for kids with board games, Netflix and WIFI. Dog friendly. Two pet sheep. Possible 7th guest.

A unique 1 bedroom studio located on our Calgardup Vineyard provides a respite from daily life and allows you to reconnect with nature. Step out the studio door and be immersed in the nature of wine. Situated adjacent to the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, this studio provides the perfect base for exploration of the Boranup forest and southern Margaret River caves and wineries with access to Redgate Beach and the Cape to Cape track from the property.
