Pine Street Studio

Welcome to the Pine Street Studio. We are just 5 blocks (1/2 mile) from the center of town in a residential neighborhood. This unit has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking spot right outside the front door to the unit. It's a spacious studio with full kitchen and bathroom. We live in the main house. You'll have complete privacy during your stay but we're available should you need anything. Our occupancy limit is two guests regardless of age (a child of any age counts as a guest).

410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Fully stocked kitchen, fireplace and washer and dryer.
