Black Barn Cottages are part of the wing of the main house Waterfell. Two brand new cottages with private entrances are situated on 6 acres. Free parking onsite and 2 minutes drive from Moss Vale and 8 minutes from Bowral. A popular wedding destination and Strictly suited to couples only. Unfortunately no children allowed due to the comfort of other guests on the property. A peaceful location where we asks our guests to be mindful of other guests and keep noise at a minimum.

It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.
