It's a quiet and safe neighborhood with some great opportunities to see wildlife like deer and turkeys while taking short walks close by. There is a garden and a screened in porch. The screen porch has a very nice queen futon, and has a great view of the garden.

New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.

Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.

Welcome to the garden home! The property includes a Japanese-style garden with a waterfall and pond. There is plenty of room for up to eight guests with a king and queen bedroom downstairs and 2 queen rooms upstairs. Both levels have a bathroom. We are conveniently located just blocks away from College Hill Coffee, Southwestern College, William Newton Hospital, and the public library.
