Ours is a quiet rural road nestled in beautiful oaks, redwoods, California bay, buckeye trees near the bottom of Fitch Mountain, some 100’ above the Russian Rive. Fitch Mountain is known for its interesting local history, eclectic building styles, beautiful views, secluded neighborhoods, and friendly spirit.

Our home is a Victorian farmhouse on 7 acres in an apple orchard with a redwood grove, a pond, and barns. The main house, built in 1910 and remodeled in 1996, is surrounded by an English garden and is on a quiet country lane. The upstairs is a lovely private suite with a private entrance. We book to only one party at a time (read full description) and the home is fully air conditioned. I am a professional artist and Al is an author of children's books. The bed is a very pricey plush Sealy King that makes for maximum deep sleep after enjoying a days worth of wine and food. Immerse yourself in the late Victorian era on our country farm. The farm is 3 miles from I-5; 21 miles from Chico. Continental breakfast served. Please be aware: The bedroom is upstairs; the shower/bath is an antique clawfoot tub that may be difficult for some people to get in and out of. Dog & cats in the home, could be an allergy trigger. Access is via a 1/2 mi. gravel farm road.
