This is an open, light-filled one-Bdm apartment on the lower level of our hillside home, surrounded by forests, with stunning views. Your space is 719 sf + access to laundry. We are fully vaccinated, and ask the same of guests. If you think you may have Covid please tell us. We welcome all kinds of people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, etc. We may ask questions before accepting people who don’t have many prior reviews. We don't take pets, sorry.

Within the Fritz Conference Center, tucked into the beauty of the Vermont Countryside, is this charming apartment/ mini house. Part of a renovated 19th century barn it is the perfect getaway. It sits on over 33 acres of fields, woods, apple orchard and Mountain View’s. 2 miles from historic Newfane Vermont, you are able to enjoy privacy, while close to the many attractions of the area. We are also dog friendly. There is an extra fee of $50 per trip per dog

The Architect's Cabin, on 10 Secluded Acres

Nestled on a rise in a woodland clearing is this intriguing cubist design reminiscent of Post and Beam ambiance. Stone and wood materials from the property have been assimilated into intriguing modern design features throughout. Walls of windows share the tranquil and private outdoor setting with the indoor livings areas. We only accept Instant Bookings, which require a verified account and positive host reviews. There is no Air Conditioning.

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.

Vermont Getaway Apartment

A 2 bedroom apartment attached to our home, close to Stratton, Bromley, Magic, Okemo & Mt Snow Skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis, outlet shopping and fine dining all close by. Manchester a short drive. Hot tub available from 8am-8pm. Level 2 EV charger available for a $10 cash fee (and give us advance notice if possible so we can open the garage for you).
