You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Clean linens and towels, kitchen, queen sized bed and 2 futons are available for your use. Stand up tile shower with a seat. Apt is on the rear of my property. Feel free to use the fire pit, pool and grill for your leisure/convenience. Do enjoy your stay!! I thoroughly clean each prior to check-in, following covid-19 guidelines via Airbnb. This house is 1300 sf, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, eat-in kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, 2 burner hotplate, microwave and plenty of dishes and utensils. This cottage is attached to another house, so please note that the other side might be rented. Each unit has separate entrances and separate driveways, but always keep in mind that after 11pm, it should be quiet and peaceful.
