You’ll love our place because of the location and the neighborhood. (Walk to award winning Lumina station filled with coffee shops, boutique clothing shops and restaurants! No pets allowed per our allergies. Community “Seasonal” pool and Pickelball and tennis courts!

The House of Kai, 1 Block From The Beach

The House of Kai is a 1950's beach cottage that features a surf shack charm with a modern edge. The main bedroom has a private deck that includes an oversized tub and shower with access to the large wrap around front porch. We are located on the north end of Carolina Beach which is known for it's laid back vibe. Although very private, please note that the driveway and backyard are a shared space w/our other rentals at the back of the property.

Flighted Desire - Oceanfront

Flighted Desire is not only a place to relish in the raw beauty of the ocean and to make lifelong memories with family and friends, but your time at this Air BnB gives back to the community too! A portion of the proceeds is given to a local bird rescue group,"Skywatch Bird Rescue," located North of Carolina Beach in Castle Hayne. Volunteers, to include your host, take injured birds to facility to be rehabilitated and released back to the wild.
