Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Spacious one bedroom guest cottage attached to our home, but separated by a partition, with a private entrance and porch area complete with grill. Short drive (10-min.depending on traffic) to Wrightsville Beach. Full kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with queen bed & walk-in closet on the first level. Upstairs living room area with queen pull-out sofa bed. Note: During the summer weeks, we offer the main house with pool and back yard to larger families/groups (The Sunshine Cottage).

Charming Guest House - Dog Friendly - Parking

Welcome to our charming guest house in historic Carolina Place! The house has plenty of seating, a fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar. Upstairs is a bedroom with king size bed, full bathroom & laundry. This amazing location is a short drive to downtown and is walkable to the bars, restaurants & shops in the Cargo District! We allow up to 2 dogs as long as they are approved in advance for a $75 pet fee per dog that will be charged separately after booking.

Natures Escape Guesthouse

Nature’s Escape Guesthouse offers a private and peaceful retreat on a quiet three-acre wooded property with a beautiful spring-fed three-quarter-acre stocked pond. Conveniently located just seven miles from Wrightsville Beach and ten miles from downtown Wilmington, the guesthouse provides the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility.
