This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Because this is a rural area, the cell phone reception is not so good in some areas of the house, especially downstairs. TV works well and texting works everywhere. WiFi is good. We ask our guests to agree to our house rules and sign a Liability Waiver before checking in.
