The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

Our cozy and comfy annexe in the garden is quiet and you can relax. It can be a place to rest, to work or to study. We are located in the Clarendon park area, the trendy area in Leicester. 30 minutes walking from the center 10 minutes walking from university of Leicester. Shops and restaurants 2 minutes walking from us. You will have our newly decorated annexe downstairs an open little kitchen with a sitting area and bathroom, upstairs you will have your bedroom with a king bed.
