The place is nestled into one of the last Virgin stands of 100' hemlocks left in the state, part of the Van Vliet Hemlock States Natural Area. The area is great for hiking, biking and any outdoor activity you can think of.

Perfect clean and cozy spot. conveniently located minutes to porcupine mountain and Lake Superior. This home is right off the snowmobile/atv trails. After the long day of outdoor fun, relax and worm up in-front of the fire pit or fire place. We do keep a stack of split wood on the side of the home. We also keep coffee, and coffee condiments for you during your stay. We do have Dvd's and games for you to enjoy when you are at the home. We truly value our guests and want you to enjoy your stay.

High Rock Cabin- 200 ft to trail 17! Close to town

Welcome to our “High Rock Cabin”. This centrally located tiny house is right by the trails. Set in the woods, but only a couple miles from Hancock/Houghton! One main floor bedroom with queen bed, and a loft with two full beds. Please be aware that there is a spiral staircase to access the loft. No smoking in cabin. Will be a $250 fee if smoking is detected. Also, pets must be approved by owners. Will entail an additional pet fee. There is plenty of parking, enough room for a trailer!
