"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

Old-fashioned camping -- but comfortable! Close (5 mi) to Bandon/beach/golf, but far enough inland to escape coastal fog.

The cottage offers amenities modeled after boutique hotels as well as a kitchenette. Step out from a soak in the tub onto the heated tile floor and wrap yourself in a spa robe before sinking into the comfort of the premium latex queen mattress. 3 miles from town yet it feels a world away. Sleeps 2. No pets, please.

There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.

Adorable Tiny House in a woodsy setting but just 3 minutes to Old Town. You can often hear the ocean in the evenings and frogs abundant in the Winter and Spring. We live on the front property with our 2 little boys, a dog, chickens, ducks and kitties.
