This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Two bedrooms, bathroom , lounge , dining room & kitchen Plus decks & large double garage. Check photos. The bottom level is not occupied. For larger families or friends we do rent the whole house as an option & price is by negotiation. The ground level has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 , its own bathroom, lounge and kitchen

Best spot in Whangamata: 1950's beachfront bach

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

The big front lawn is great for kids and handy for parking cars or the boat. A classic, modern Whangamata stay for families and groups.

Heatpumps in the master bedroom and the lounge allow for a comfortable stay summer or winter. Relax inside or out on the expansive deck. Whiritoa has a lagoon at one end which is perfect for children to safely paddle in and a great, quiet beachside experience. Property has internet connectivity and Sky TV.

Coromandel, Beachfront Wyuna Bay

Breathtaking views, stunning location, private walk to the beach with everything you need for your best staycation ever! Taid View sits on the Wyuna Bay peninsula with water views on both sides. 4km from Coromandel town which is a healthy walk (if fit!) or a 5 minute drive. There is a cot available at $60 for the stay, infants are charged at additional guest rate if a bed is required.
