This is my 1 bedroom option. fully equipped private condo located on the first floor of a historic 150 year old building. The 2 bedroom unit is located next door as I am trying to convert this building into a unique boutique hotel. Everything was designed and made by me. All the artwork is for sale. There is a unit upstairs, so you would here things common to an apartment complex, but aside from that this is a perfect couples retreat. There is a beach on Freeman lake that's a 5 min walk.

Located in the Historic town of North Chelmsford, a little more like “city life” during rush hour and on the weekends. 2-5 minutes in walking distance to so many spots- Restaurants, the lake, the park, the Merrimack River and 45 minute drive to Boston. This guest suite includes a private entrance with a private bedroom&bath, we are located in a good neighborhood about 7 mins away from Walmart/CVS/Market Basket. Keyless entry *Safe street parking around the area, will provide parking information before arrival* Room comes with WiFi and a smart TV with a free Netflix account so you can enjoy the latest shows/movies. Bathroom also has a nice overhead bluetooth speaker! No smoking- $200 fee

1,100 square feet, completely renovated, 1 bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large bathroom with two sinks and walk-in shower. Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling. Hardwood floors throughout. Central air. Apartment is connected to a main house but with no interior access between house and apartment whatsoever. (No interior connecting doors at all) It has its own private driveway and side yard. Reef tank will no longer be in the apartment after May 20th.

Welcome to our quiet private guest apartment! Our property, is surrounded by fields, woods, gardens, and a pond. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, BBQ, table & chairs you may use.
