The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! There's a small fee of $65 per booking to cover additional cleaning costs when bringing a pet (to be paid directly). A limit of one small to medium pet per reservation applies.

Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

Roolagoon Homestead 1 ( Hammer's Cove)

We have completed the build of our Homestead after the devastating fires of January 2020 destroyed our original cottage. The Homestead consists of 2 separate units under one roof ,and is located in a lovely garden setting in the middle of the island. It is self contained with the option of catering on request. We have limited Wifi access and smart TV's. We are pet friendly ,so if your dog is well behaved you are welcome .Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
