Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

Especially great for the theatre or walks along the sea front.

Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. Beautiful walks from Maldon including Beeleigh falls. There is also the renowned Maldon Promenade to visit. Offering a self contained annexe split over two floors. Clean towels, fresh bed linen and toiletries are provided as well as a coffee machine, tea, sugar and milk, TV and WFI.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
