It has its own bedroom with TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and lounge. Guests can also enjoy the large garden and gym. It has secure gated parking on site, is 5 miles east of the historic market town Bury St. Edmunds, 20 mins to Newmarket 45 mins to Cambridge and 30 mins to Ipswich. It is close to Blackthorpe barn, a popular events venue.

Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
