Bramley Cottage. 3 bedroom property in Somerset

Bramley Cottage is a converted hay barn nestled in the middle of it's own Somerset cider apple orchard. The cottage consists of an entrance hall, open plan sitting room and diner and a fully stocked modern kitchen. Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms, the master having its own ensuite. Outside are 2100 cider apple trees, which you are welcome to explore. A full cider tour can be arranged if required. Next door is an historic cider barn serving great cider and food when open. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A private and rural location in the pretty village of Wedmore makes this the perfect location to explore the beautiful Somerset countryside and historic towns and villages in the area. Wedmore is situated on the edge of the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels, and is close to three incredible nature reserves as well as Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Glastonbury. This is a great place for bird watchers and wildlife lovers, with excellent opportunities for walking and cycling right from the front door!

Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed and one optional sofa bed. Parking . Continental breakfast included.

Doris our shepherds hut

Doris our shepherd's hut is nestled in our paddock and meadow on the Somerset levels and has lovely views over neighbouring fields. It is close but not too close to our other hut Daphne and our annexe room Huberts. We are keen to encourage flora and fauna and manage the paddock accordingly. We are situated on the outskirts of a small village and the edge of the Somerset levels. We are ideally situated for sightseeing around Somerset. Daphne our other hut is also in the paddock.

Shared drive with parking for one vehicle and own private patio. Opportunity to sit and star gaze, birdwatch or just enjoy a peaceful drink outdoors. Also moments away from three great pubs and several charming cafes and eateries. Wedmore is a stunning central location from which to explore all of Somerset.

The property has private outdoor space; free parking for up to four cars; and is within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Tranquil retreat in a beautiful Somerset village

Our annexe has been refurbished to provide a high-end environment, ideal for 2 adults to relax in. It is set in an area called the Allertons, a cluster of beautiful character villages. It is always a pleasure to stroll around. The pace is relaxed, the locals are very friendly and will direct you to the local pubs and shops if requested. The Mendip hills , Wells and Glastonbury are very near, and all offer so much for sight seekers.

Cosy country cottage

The cottage has views over looking Cheddar Gorge and Axbridge. The annex has a private entrance into lounge with stair case going up to lovely bedroom, which has a double bed and single bed plus small en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette . We are 20 minutes from Bristol airport, 20 minutes from Wells, Weston-Super-Mare, 50 minutes from Bath. The accommodation is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
