Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.

5 min to Colorado School of Mines, 10 min to Red Rocks, 15 min to Downtown Denver, 30 min to Central City/ Black Hawk Casinos, walking distance to many dining places, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Bright and Sunny space with all new furniture and bedding. Central Flat is a 2-level space with stairs leading to the bed and bath on the 2nd floor. Guests with mobility issues and children, please note the stairs. Space is not suitable for children under 12. 1 Queen size bed. It is in a buzzing area. 15-minute drive to Red Rocks. 1-minute drive to restaurants, pubs, grocery and tons more. Private outside entrance with a keypad and private outdoor area. High speed fiber Wifi.
