This unique place has a style all its own. Enjoy a quiet stay with private access and parking at this one bedroom apartment in Lathom. Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

The house is set on a country road. It is 1 mile to Tottington, Walshaw, Harwood or Affetside. Harwood and Breightmet golf clubs are close by. There are lots of country walks and restaurants near by. A stone cottage with 2 double bedrooms 1 bathroom with bath and shower 1 lounge/ diner, downstairs toilet and cellar with a small pool table. Outside is a small terrace with an annexe with toilet and shower. From this patio doors lead to an outside decking space with barbecue

This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. Many of our quests have described the little house as ‘sparkling clean, quirky, comfortable and well designed’.
