Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. Most major ski resorts are under 20 miles away: Solitude, Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin, Park City, and Deer Valley. Kitchenette only—no stove or cooktop, but includes a microwave, mini fridge-no freezer, air fryer, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, plates, bowls, salad bowls, and silverware. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The kitchen is ready for you to enjoy takeout or to prepare your favorite homemade meal. A Keurig coffee machine with several different blends to choose from. There are three TVs and Wi-Fi so you can stream movies or TV. It is centrally located so you can enjoy shopping or the beautiful Utah Mountains.

This is a basement apartment with a private keyless entry. Workout equipment, pool table, kitchenette and a theater room are all private and for your use! Hot tub is in the backyard, it is always heated and available to be used at any time during your stay. We do ask for a heads up when you want to use it so that we can open it up and ensure you have privacy.
