Cute caravan at Hosts home, best value, cute pets

Enjoy staying in this sweet s/c caravan a garden setting. A caravan(not campervan) in a private fenced garden area, next to my home. You must like animals to stay as I have 4 large dogs & a few cats & 2 goats. My pets are always in the shared areas of my home (usually cats) & often in the garden (dogs & cats) The caravan is ideal for remote working as it is s/c but you still have access to my home & facilities. You are welcome to use my Internet but it can be slow, best you bring office tech too

Peaceful modern home with free parking

A modern peaceful house with a pretty garden and free parking offering to book a stay for up to 2 Guests . Guests will use the entire house minus one locked private Host's bedroom . The Host will not be present in the House. The Guests will stay in a double bedroom upstairs to the right with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed ( to be used as required ) There an allocated to the house 1 free parking space marked '60' Children under 12 years old are not allowed due to safety hazards .

Loft studio in a rural position close to Southampton, Winchester, Hedge End and the Utilita Bowl. Quiet location down private drive with parking & stunning views overlooking fields. Accommodation with en-suite shower facility & kitchen area with combination microwave oven, small induction hob & a fridge. Ample storage with additional cupboard space in eaves. Dining table with two chairs that doubles up as work area. Conveniently located USB sockets. Outdoor table & chairs for al-fresco dining.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.

The Old Hay Barn

Me and my Dad built a hay barn over thirty years ago to store hay, straw and feed for my horses. It has given me some great memories. Life changes meant I could not compete anymore. I created Rocket's Retreat in 2018. A holiday let . It has been a great success. So I decided to to create another. It is quirky, cosy and a bit different.
