Finnimore House is a large, historic Wellington home, reputed to have been built for Sir Julius Vogel around 1870. It is close to the central city, with good public transport available, yet quiet and surrounded by bush, with the sounds of native birds right outside your window. Small to medium home with three bedrooms, I am renting out my two spare bedrooms each with a double bed (note extra cost if both rooms occupied). Prefer two single ladies or a couple.
