Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. Morning sun pours through expansive glass panes, a free standing fireplace and solid wood floors help keep it warm in winter. A 20 minute drive gets you to Nottingham Road shops and restaurant

A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. Bourne View has an excellent location, close to pubs and meander shops and yet retains the feel of being in the country. A home away from home we offer comfort. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

Our wooden cabin over the lake offers a cozy and comfortable stay, with stunning views over the lake and the forests around the property. Enjoy the bird life of which there are a few species. You can enjoy the tranquility, or fish from the deck, or explore the nearby attractions. The cabin is self catering, semi off-grid equipped with a gas geyser supplying hot water to the shower, and we have an ensuite septic based toilet.
