This 3 bedroom/2 bath updated spacious house is family friendly, located within walking distance of a walking trail, a local park, and library and driving distance to the downtown square. It is also ideal for travelers visiting family in Dresden or any of the nearby towns of Greenfield, Martin, Gleason, and more! Newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms with granite countertops. Towels, equipped kitchen, including coffee maker included. Our house has a big backyard with a swing on the side.

The sleeping area includes a queen size bed and a twin bed separated by a dividing curtain. There is a beautiful patio and deck for relaxing, and a small play area for children. Close to UT Martin, Bethel Collage, Carroll Lake and Garrett Lake. Laundry mat 10 min. away.
