We’re a short drive to Narrowsburg, Livingston Manor, Callicoon Center — and other spots that are making Sullivan County such a special place. We can share some faves no matter the season!

Pondhouse Paradise in NE PA (101 mi NYC)

1950s rustic cabin in the woods is ~880 sq ft on private road with few neighbors. New kitchen, pots & pans, 2 bathrooms, stocked with spices, coffee, sugar, creamer, hair care & laundry products. Window fans in all rooms keeps house AC cool. Heated with wood burning stove & baseboard heat for the winter (price higher in the winter to due electric, plowing & shoveling) We purchased our pondhouse paradise in 2016 and have been fixing is up and sharing it with folks ever since.
