The log home is located on a quiet farm just a short distance from the Appalachian Highway in Southern Ohio. Take a walk on the property or relax on one of the porches. You might see deer, turkey and other wildlife. (Hunting is not allowed.) The house is just a short drive from Amish country, Serpent Mound and other family-friendly activities. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

The kitchen is stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals, but downtown Portsmouth restaurants are just 10 minutes away. Outside are patios for relaxing and woods for walking.

This country getaway retreat is just what you are looking for. We have designed our space with our guest’s privacy and relaxation in mind. Private gated access where memories are made that last a lifetime! Our most recent addition is a "Grain Bin Gazebo". This cozy backyard retreat is equipped with a gas grill, blackstone griddle, table and chairs. Backyard also has a brick patio, hot tub, hammock and fire pit.

We would love to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven at The Farm Inn. We have created a cozy little home like atmosphere inside our newly built barn on our 80+ acre farm in Pike County, Ohio. We love the peaceful evenings by the fire soaking up the stars & enjoy the wildlife surprises. It's VERY common to see whitetail deer grazing in our hay fields. We do have WiFi!
