Welcome to our comfy cozy fully-furnished casita in our beautifully landscaped charming historic neighborhood! This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

This home comes with two bedrooms, two baths and will accommodate 8 guests comfortably with the added pull-out sofa bed. The back covered patio is over 1,000 sq. ft. with a large area for outdoor dining, grilling, or relaxing and watching the deer from the back porch or around the fire pit.
