Mainly open plan inside the carefully chosen vintage and upcycled furniture coupled with modern kitchen and high quality finishing touches make this a great place to stay. Lots to discover; historic houses, gardens, walk, cycle or take a drive in nearby Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales, Ripon 3 miles, Harrogate 11 miles, Grantley Hall 1.5 miles. Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

We look forward to welcoming you to our renovated Cow Byre just a short drive from Ripon. Separate to our main home, and having wonderful views, guests can visit nearby Fountains abbey, Brimham rocks, Grassington and lots of other lovely places of interest, as well as nearby walks. We have used high quality fittings throughout from Loaf seating, beautiful light fittings, Sophie Conran crockery, SMEG kettle and toaster, as well as featuring art by a local artist David Stead.

Waterwheel cottage is an old workshop converted to the highest standards, yet retaining some original and interesting features. On a Summer's evening open the patio doors to enjoy the beautiful sunshine overlooking the pond and in winter light up the stove to create that warm glow. The cottage is situated on a working farm in the area of outstanding natural beauty. You can collect your keys from the key safe and Kim, Janet and Emma are close by should you need anything.
