Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Beautifully renovated cottage. 2 bedrooms, one king size & one double bed high linen. Downstairs relax in the open plan kitchen/dining space with doors into the garden. Enjoy the log burning stove in the cosy sitting room. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc! The Garden offers a summer house & outdoor dining area with views of local farmland. Short walk to local amenities, pubs, cafes and a Co-op. Ideal for adults and older children. Not suitable for young children.

The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room. But we love seeing all the different dogs who come on their holidays happily enjoying themselves in the very safe fenced courtyard.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Lookout is a beautiful, spacious and well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor flat with a mini balcony, boasting uninterrupted, majestic views. Direct access to the coastal path and overlooking Seahouses Harbour and the Farne Islands, with Bamburgh Castle and even Holy Island visible in the distance. A perfect place from which to explore this dramatic and stunning coast. I'm afraid we are unable to accept pets. Dedicated parking is available for 1 car.

The Old School Annex, Warenford, nr Bamburgh

The Old School Annex is a self-catering and self-contained holiday home, which is adjoined to our home in the quiet hamlet of Warenford, near Bamburgh. The property is all on one level as well as being pet friendly. The property also features large enclosed gardens and off street private parking. Warenford is a central location to the beaches, hills, and towns and also has a local pub which offers a pet friendly environment as well as great food.

A 15 minute drive to the historic market town of Alnwick where you can wonder around the famous "Harry Potter" Castle and Gardens and quaint independent retailers around the town.
