Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. Falmouth and Woods Hole charming centers are within 20-30 minutes. Ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is in Woods Hole.

Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. Flexible Check-in, so you can arrive when convenient for you (as early as 9AM). No Guests or parties.

We have a large fenced in yard for your dog to play in and for you to relax in with your dog. Studio apartment that is well suited for a couple and young family. Children under twelve years of age will not be charged the extra fee. There is an added fee for extra adults over 2. This is a small space for 3 adults. This is our own home in which the studio apartment is above the garage. This was added for our daughter who attended a local college. She live there for 5 years while attending college.
