Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Peaceful sleep, can be had in our quiet 'loop street’. Little Fallow is a surprisingly spacious studio. It has a comfortable queen bed & luxury ensuite shower / vanity with separate toilet. Come visit the beautiful green Hills of Perth. While you are only 30 minutes from Perth CBD and 20 minutes from the airport, you will feel like you are far away from home. Our guesthouse is situated near the top of the hill with a steep driveway and stairs entry. You'll have a pub within walking distance and the beautiful Araluen Park and great restaurants nearby.
