Kangaroo Cottage - Hills Retreat BnB

Kangaroo Cottage is an adults only retreat, surrounded by majestic Jarrah trees and wildlife. Guests have a wonderful opportunity to escape the city & immerse themselves in the serenity of the hills. Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Surrounded by nature close to town

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Garden Studio On Lois Lane

Set in White Gum Valley in a lush private garden on Lois Lane. The perfect place from which to explore the WA coastline & within easy strike range of Perth. Kick back, relax & rejuvenate in a quiet atmosphere with Fremantle & the Indian Ocean at your doorstep. Open plan, out door garden setting with mature trees & native birds. This magical garden is tucked away in a secure private retreat with its own private entrance within a family home environment. Perfect for a single person or couple.

A little luxury studio.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This studio has a small balcony for you to enjoy the view of Ngarkal Beach while you sit and relax. Only 70m to the water. Please read Important Note below

Peaceful Hilltop Retreat

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Spacious beautifully appointed Studio apartment. Very comfortable queen bed and luxurious linen. Large beautiful lounge area with smart TV, fast wifi, books, and quality items throughout. Work space area, huge plush bathroom, an amazing fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful part of Claremont, close to the river, cafes and the main shopping centre Claremont Quarter. Very quiet and private, you will love your luxury stay here. Street Parking permit available. Very quiet, private, and unique.

Beachside Cottage

Small studio beach-side cottage with everything you need. Has a queen bed and a folding single bed, A/C, TV, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer. Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

Each booking will get a free container of animal feed daily. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
