The "hall of art" is an art galleries Laney Layton of Edenton working as an artist since 1973. Just look for her signatures. You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 3rd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, and Much More.
