Hi, Welcome to Raccoon Retreat! This is a house that you will be able to come to unplug, unwind and reconnect with family, friends and all of what nature has to offer. The home is located within the ‪Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area‬. Here you will have the opportunity to take advantage of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming, zip lining, fishing, horseback riding, canoeing and kayaking, as well as skiing or snowtubing during the snowy season. Though you get to experience nature here, you are only a short drive away from restaurants, casino, shopping and also water parks. The entire home is all yours! Our three story home sits on a one acre wooded lot. In the event you are just wanting to get away to hunker down here, we have designed the space to feel cozy and warm. Escape to our charming 3BR, 2BA retreat nestled in Bushkill, perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, or with friends! Spend time relaxing by the lake or in the hot tub or grilling on the outdoor grill. The backyard is a great place to play games or enjoy the beautiful scenery, while making s’mores by the firepit. Nature lovers will love our proximity to the stunning Bushkill Falls and the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area — ideal for hiking, kayaking, and rafting adventures.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a small detached brick home with off-street parking, overlooking the Lehigh River in Easton, Pennsylvania. It’s a short walk to Downtown Easton and the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, and Lafayette College is a 5 minute drive away. Using major routes, Bethlehem is about 15 miles, Allentown is about 20 miles, Philadelphia is about 70 miles, and NYC is about 75 miles. This cute little house is an excellent home base for all your adventures, or for a peaceful and quiet getaway.

Parkston Schoolhouse

Relax and unwind in this historic converted one-room schoolhouse. Built in 1870, the Parkston Schoolhouse served all grade levels in the Livingston Manor area. The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.
