This cozy cottage walking distance from the Black River invites you to come swim, fish, or bring your kayak. Later you can hang out on the patio, soak in the claw foot tub, or build a warm fire in the wood stove. Enjoy nature just 20 minutes from White Lake. This is a relatively secluded location in a private neighborhood intended for getting back to nature. *Please note that the neighborhood was flooded in hurricane Florence last October so some of the homes are currently under renovation.

(This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

Country tiny house

Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids.
