My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist rund 80m2 groß, hat 2 Schlafzimmer (mit je 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett), Bad, Toilette, Stube, Küche, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Schwedenofen (Holz gegen Aufpreis) und Garten. Du verfügst über einen eigenen Eingang, bestens ausgestattete Küche m. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Bücher, Spiele, SAT TV und Radio sind vorhanden.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
