A newly renovated A Frame located in the rolling hills of the New York State countryside. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably with one queen futon on the first floor and one RV sized queen bed on the second floor. Includes a Hot tub, fire pit area looking out into the woods and a patio sectional on the porch. Air Conditioning is provided as well as internet, a smart tv, board games, and a small Nintendo 64 with preloaded games. A beautiful view of the woods and a large field, nature is sure to amaze.

Our brand new kitchen has all the amenities of home, utensils, cookware, and appliances will ensure you can prepare a wonderful meal for your guests. We have installed brand new hardwood hickory flooring through out. Our two bedrooms offer a great place to stretch out and relax from a hard day of fishing or hiking. Please also note there are a steep set of stairs to the loft.
