Our place is homely and based in the suburbs. You will see weeds and the odd insect. It’s not “Perfect” - The bathroom is next on the list for renovating so please try our outdoor shower with “hot water” We do not allow parties, events, group gatherings - call it what you like !!! Our Airbnb is for our paying guests only. Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. We do not charge a cleaning fee so please leave the place tidy and take the linen off the beds (the service fee is paid to Airbnb)

Our house is located down a peaceful little lane in a semi-rural setting, with a beautiful outlook to the surrounding countryside & hills. Just a 5 minute stroll down to the end of the road is the quiet Wainui beach access way. Gisborne city is a convenient 8 minute drive away. We have a fully fenced large back lawn with a trampoline & playhouse for the kids. Kids toys, games available on request. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.

Wake up and literally check the surf from in bed. You won’t find a place closer or with better views than this one. It’s pretty special and full of character. The house is very comfortable with a Daikin Heat pump unit and oil heaters and fans in each bedroom. Relaxing over winter and summer. Dog friendly. Off-street parking.
