Alkion Villa A beautiful and peaceful space

Alkion villa is a unit located behind a main house,. It shares a driveway with remote control electric gate for car and pedestrian access. It is a very secure site and peaceful area. The Villa is separated from the front house by a fence. It has a lovely warm feel. It suits 2 to 4 guests. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and pull out double bed in the living area. It has 2 balconies, at the front and back of the Villa, with outside seating. It has a smart TV with WIFI.

Newly renovated open plan luxe apartment inside a charming old corner shop (once a billiard store). A large unique room with brass sash windows and original floorboards. Set on 7 acres and just a 4 minute drive to Lake Albert and a 15 minute drive to CBD of Wagga Wagga. The property boasts beautiful gardens with plenty of fur babies too love.
