Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Our guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dining plus a laundry. The kitchen comes with essentials for a short stay. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Rusti Garden B&B is situated in the King Valley set amongst beautiful secluded gardens. The cottage is self contained and set up for an overnight stay or that well deserved relaxing getaway for a few nights. Sit back and relax by the fire, enjoy a spa or take a stroll around 5 acres of beautiful gardens and enjoy all the wildlife. Rusti Garden B&B is only a 2 minute drive to spectacular Lake William Hovell or half hour drive will get you to see Paradise Falls or Powers Lookout.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.
