The kitchenette is more than adequately equipped for Air B&B guests and includes Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave oven. All brand spanking new. The apartment is large, sunny, surrounded by trees, has a big balcony with views of city and mountain. 1 double room. A comfortable home with couches, books, and fibre wifi. The kitchen has gas stove, fridge and washing machine. The location is suburban but close to town, a few blocks to bus stops, trendy restaurants, parks, coffee shops. Fireplace in winter and/ or gas heater for R20 extra per day. I live downstairs, but privacy is yours. If you are bringing pets please discuss before arrival.
