A cozy appartment( 45sq.m) in front of the sea of Perea. Fully renovated in 2021.The speed of wifi is 200 mbps!!! The bus station is 30 meters away. There is a supermarket 80 meters away. You will find a lot of beach bars, traditional taverns and playgrounds while walking at the sidewalk in front of the house. It's on the first floor. Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)
