The apartment has its own entrance, parking, yard, terrace and outdoor grill. Near the apartments there is the most beautiful beach of Rijeka Ploče and Kantrida, tennis court of Marčeljeva draga, football stadium Kantrida, sports center Centar-Zamet. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment there is a grocery store (2 min by car) and shopping mall ZTC (6-7 min by car).

Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.
