Our historic stone house, known locally as Mauthner, is situated at an altitude of 824 meters and is being lovingly and painstakingly renovated. Three vacation apartments will be ready for our guests starting in May 2026! The Lindenblick apartment, with its spacious bedroom, eat-in kitchen, and bathroom, guarantees a cozy stay! Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

Das Apartment besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit einer exklusiv ausgestatteten Küche und Weinkühlschrank und offenen Kamin. 2 Loggien mit 7 m2 und westseitig ein Balkon. Eine der beiden Wittmann-Couches im Wohnzimmer kann zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden. Ein Bad ist mit Dusche und Waschmaschine bzw. Wandheizkörper ausgestattet und das 2. hat Dusche und WC kombiniert. Zusätzlich gibt es ein WC im Apt.. Bodenheizung und Klima auch....

Wooden house is settled in a big green garden, you can seat outside, use barbecue, pick fresh vegetable, from Jun to Sept cool in a small pool(3x3,5m) and rent a bike. The whole area is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing and flyfishing - my husband is a guide for all rivers in Slovenia and provide everything you need.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.
