Centralt beliggende i Lyngby, med kort afstand til Lyngby Sø, DTU, Lyngby centrum og kun 5 min til toget, hvorfra det tager 15 min. til Købehavn. Fantastik udsigt fra altanen på 7. sal (elevator). Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Large family friendly villa close to Copenhagen

Our House is very cosy and we are sure you will feel at home. There is plenty of space with 225 m2 in the house + another 100 in the basement. We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden. The place is very central in Lyngby overlooking the park of Sorgenfri Castle. It is only 10 min walk to Lyngby and 15 min drive to Copenhagen or you can take the train to the city. Huset ligger 600 m til en badestrand og 200 m til supermarkeder. Togstationen er 150 m fra huset. Togene kører til København hver 10. minut. Togturen til indre København tager 20 min. Togturen til lufthavnen tager 40 min. Oplader til elbil 25 m fra huset. Gratis parkering ved huset. Der er udendørs trampolin fra 21 april og til og med efterårsferie.

Nydningen finder sted på landet, fyldt med natur og god udsigt direkte ud over Arresø.
