Martini Time is a modern 90m2 loft located on the top floor of a 13th century building (without lift), located on the ancient walls of Castello district, the highest and most noble part of the city. The terrace offers an incredible view of Cagliari and is equipped for outdoor living. 70 meters away is an elevator that takes you to the car park and the rest of town. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
