We are renting a large, bright and new 80.00 m2 apartment that has a 15.00 m2 private terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. It is equipped with designer furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped: vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its four beds furnished with high-density mattresses. The living room has a large window. Public transport is another important asset: It is conveniently located between two stations on the Metro line B, ('Malabia' and 'Dorrego') from where we can reach the old Central Market 'Abasto' in just 5 minutes or the Obelisk, in downtown city in 15 minutes. Besides, the new MetroBus station 'Aguirre' is just one block away, connecting the area with the Palermo line D Metro station in just few minutes. Furthermore, the ‘Chacarita’ railway station is less than 5 blocks from the apartment. From there, the central railway station and bus 'Retiro' are just about 10 minutes away.
