Originalmente edificada na década de 20 do século passado, a Casa dos Avós localiza-se numa bela encosta de Arnoia, tendo sido durante muitos anos o lar da família Pereira. Totalmente reconstruída em 2021, este espaço pretende continuar a ser um lar de convívio entre familiares e amigos. Com umas vistas magnificas sobre a serra do Alvão, uma piscina de design único de borda infinita e um Jacuzzi privado, a Casa dos Avós irá certamente proporcionar uma experiência inesquecível aos seus hóspedes.

A Casa do Douro faz parte de um grupo de casas inseridas na Quinta Barqueiros D`Ouro. Aproveitando a localização privilegiada e vista , o hóspede está em permanente contacto com o rio e a vinha. Quinta das Fontainhas. DOURO VALLEY is situated in the heart of the Douro Valley. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of the entire property and the breathtaking scenery that will make for a unique and relaxing stay. The house, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, is the result of the reconstruction of a 19th century winery and offers the essential facilities for a peaceful holiday. There are two outdoor patios, a large stone table and a barbecue. The swimming pool is set in the vineyards.

Esta casa de origem familiar situa-se numa pequena quinta com vistas sobre as vinhas circundantes e as Serras do Marão e das Meadas. O alojamento possui 3 quartos, 2 casas de banho, sala de estar com televisão de ecrã plano e uma cozinha totalmente equipada. No inverno poderá usufruir da lareira.
