Casa Rainho

Casa Rainho is located right in the center neighborhood of town, 1min from the pharmacy and church, 2min from the supermarket, 5min from the center of town and a nice 10min walk to the beach. This house was built by my grandfather when this part of town was just a rural place in the 70s. After that in the 90s an explosion destroyed the entire house and so reconstruction began again, and again my grandfather was on it. Today we honor his legacy by naming this house after his nickname Rainho!

Positioned in the garden of Casa Abacate B&B the finca has 2 good sized bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 5 people, family bathroom and kitchen/lounge area complete with a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. On hot summer days enjoy relaxing on the patio area in the tranquil walled garden, take a cooling dip in the pool or create a feast in the bbq area.

Outside, a green patio with plants offers a peaceful spot to relax. Baby bed and high chair available on request.

O apartamento Marvin está localizado a 300m da praia da franquia, com 1 varanda e um pequeno terraço onde pode desfrutar de uma refeição no exterior. Wi-Fi disponível com netflix e amazon prime. O apartamento tem 2 quartos, ambos com TV, 2 casas de banho com secador de cabelo, máquina de lavar roupa e loiça, forno eléctrico, máquina de café "nespresso", chaleira, torradeira, ( não temos microondas). Disponibilizamos alguns livros.

Estúdio localizado no primeiro andar de uma casa particular, habitada pelos proprietários, situada a 5 minutos a pé da rua principal da vila onde pode encontrar todo o tipo de comércio. Com entrada independente, este amplo estúdio, tem um terraço privado com uma vista deslumbrante sobre o jardim da casa e rio. Num ambiente relaxante, mas dentro da vila, aqui pode encontrar a paz e o sossego que tornarão este lugar inesquecível.

Cozy duplex with private garden, 2 minutes’ walk to the beach, quiet central area of Milfontes. 110 sqm (indoors) divided by: - On the ground-floor: living room with 2 areas (one with eating space, sofa and access to a private garden with bbq, and another with sofa bed and tv), kitchenette, and bathroom; - On the first floor: two bedrooms (one with queen bed and another with two single beds and balcony) and bathroom.

Cosy house with a lemon tree

It is located in the old part of the village, 7 to 10 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the restaurants, market and supermarkets. It is a peacefully area, you can chill out in the backyard on the sun beds and have a glass of wine while you are cooking a fresh meal in the barbecue. Part of this backyard is shared with the "cosy house with a orange tree" as you can verify in the pictures.

Casas do pátio, Milfontes (casa amarela)

Casa típica alentejana, recuperada recentemente, que se encontra mesmo no centro da vila de Milfontes. Está muito perto da rua principal, onde há de supermercados, restaurantes, cafés, bancos, lojas e farmácia. Situa-se a cerca de 15 minutos a pé das praias. Pode ser alugada em conjunto com a “casa branca” e a “casa amarela”. Usufrui de um simpático pátio, comum às outras duas casas.
